When you have a passion for seafaring you need a boat. A few years ago, when I met Captain Arjan Nugteren, he wanted one thing; his own boat. Dutch Tender Service (tendermanagement, crewmanagement and other marine supplying services) and Rederijaquamarijn (ash scattering at sea, and seafishing, managed by his partner Els Gelderblom) now carry out a wide range of services in the North Sea and beyond, with a fleet of three (owned) vessels. A passion turned into reality.
